Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
In many instances, we are shipping from our warehouses in either Germany, UK, US or Asia. If from Asia, please expect 3-6 weeks to receive your order depending on your location.
However, the shipping times are clearly indicated in the shopping cart before proceeding to the checkout.
Shipping is calculated according to destination country.
However, any additional shipping costs are clearly indicated at checkout before proceeding with the payment.
For some countries, international shipping requires the payment of additional customs duties. These will normally be the buyer's responsibility.

To return your product, you can use our Return Center.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have past since the delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. For example perishable goods and products that are intimate or sanitary goods cannot be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, to guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
